- Please tell us why you decided to join Zeon Opto Bio Lab.
- What left a lasting impression on me during the workplace visit was how friendly the employees were; they readily struck up a conversation with me, even though I was nervous. Drawn to that atmosphere and motivated by a desire to do work that helps others, I decided to join the company, wanting to contribute to both the organization and society as a member of the team.
- Please tell us about your job, what you do and what you struggle with.
- When I first joined the company, I struggled to retain what I was taught, even after taking notes. However, by putting those lessons into practice and gaining experience, I have gradually become able to handle tasks I previously couldn’t manage on my own; I find a sense of fulfillment in being able to see that growth firsthand.
- What is an episode from your work where you felt a sense of connection?
- I find the company’s overall atmosphere to be cheerful and appreciate the attentive guidance provided by senior colleagues. Another great aspect is the company-sponsored events held four or five times a year; these offer a chance to interact with people from departments I don’t usually work with, fostering a real sense of connection across the entire workplace.
