- Please tell us why you decided to join Zeon Opto Bio Lab.
- During a company tour, I was given explanations about the work tasks, what products are being manufactured, and the manufacturing process.
I thought I could demonstrate what I learned in 3 years of high school in Zeon Bio Opto Lab’s manufacturing area.
Also, the company is engaged in volunteer activities, and the fact that they proactively participate in social contribution activities was also appealing to me, so I decided to join the company.
- Please tell us your future goals.
- Right now, my goals are to learn all the work tasks my colleagues are teaching me as soon as possible. And, in the future, I’m thinking that I want to become a leader in my field, and create a low-burden work environment where everyone can work easily.
- What do you do on your days off?
- On my days off, I like to play soccer, do active exercise, and watch movies.
